To Coit Tower and Back

May 4th was a warm day in San Francisco, with a strangely warm night. A small group of us walked the labyrinth at Grace Cathedral. Then Nicole and I walked to Coit Tower. At the top of the hill, we could hear motorcycles crossing the bridge.

We walked down a series of stairs surrounded by flowers. In Levi’s Plaza, near the bottom of these stairs, we found a pyramid of pants. $teven Ra$pa came out of the building and explained that this was part of BRAF’s collaboration with Levi Strauss for their Community Day.

Leaving there, we crossed through a few parks and photographed a fountain. Nicole pointed out a new sculpture called Cloud Gate.

the tendency of transit systems to become completely disfunctional on weekends is disrespectful to humans that live outside of their jobs.

Really Muni?! You couldn't let people know that the N isn't running until I waited in the station for 10 minutes? #fuckmuni
